The property was clean and average. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay with no expectations this is perfect. The staff was awesome and restaurants are within walking distance. However, the hotel is outdated and could use some loving care.

Hilton Garden Inn West Monroe
Rooms were not updated, had to move rooms because our first doors lock wouldn’t work. Half the hotel doesn’t have hot water, bathrooms are in terrible condition - rust everywhere/ paint peeling. Staff tried to steal items from our group and we had to challenge them for them to return the items.

Best Western West Monroe Inn
We stayed for 8 days, over all good experience. Had trouble getting towels and we were emptying our own trash have the time. I think they need to work on there house keeping staff. Over all good experience.

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott West Monroe
Our room was not properly supplied with towels and linens. Our reservation showed that four of us would be staying. We only had enough pillows for 3. There we no sheets for the fold-out couch. There were only 2 towels and wash cloths.
