Best Western PLUS Ruston Hotel
It's one of the newer hotels in Ruston and yet my room had significant water damage to the ceiling. I'm from the area and come back 5-6 times a year. Typically staying at the Holiday Inn. Very disappointed no one has reached out to me after requesting mamager comtact me.

We checked in late at night and they claimed their cc machine was not working. They made us pay $100 incidental fee in cash. We had no option. In the morning they added "extra" fees to our stay and refused to give us back our entire cash deposit. Very disappointing and criminal. The room conditions ...

Comfort Suites West Monroe near Ike Hamilton Expo Center
Breakfast was great. Pool was not heated so it was so cold the kids could not swim in it. They also ran out of pool towels and extra blankets. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
