Rooms have laminate floors so no nasty carpet to deal with. Rooms were basically clean (I’m very OCD unfortunately). The staff is very friendly and very prompt to answer any questions or concerns

Elevators did not work, luckily able to get room on 1st floor so didn’t lose my stay. Breakfast was out of eggs and waffle batter by 7am.
