This was our second time staying here as it is such a perfect hotel, went with our 14 year old daughter and it was an amazing stay. The pool is beautiful, the location is great, staff very welcoming and the rooms are lovely, spacious and clean. The spa is a nice addition too - as is the breakfast. Highly recommended

This property is situated in the quiet streets of the old town. The hotel itself, immaculately maintained, friendly and helpful staff with a car available at a moments notice to take you to the TAXI rank outside of the walls of the old town. beautiful, peaceful location highly highly recommended and worth the money.

It will be a great hotel next year but at the moment it's a very expensive building site. Things don't work, things are not installed. Instead of relaxing time by the pool, there is drilling and digging. Staff are doing the best they can to accommodate but it was still very hard to call this holiday "relaxing".

Great hotel the signature level was worth every penny if you use the clubs and restaurants and the butler service were superb. Great gym and a lovely pool area. We will definitely return.

Nothing is working in room not even AC in this hot wheather have to shift room in midnight no room service no phones working in the room after change room whole eclecticity is not working we went to sauna and nothing working there except pool try to talk with them with manager everytime they sorry please avoid this place

Great stay! We wished we stayed longer (only 4 nights) Staff was excellent. We never had a bad meal on the premises. The hotel is beautiful. I walked around town looking at the other hotels along the marina, we definitely picked the right place in TRS, Beach access is great and the sunsets are beautiful. Their rooftop pool/bar is very relaxing. I met a few people who told me they came last year and they had to come back this year. I might be one of those boomerang people!
