Charming and simple stop off.

Comfortable and basic. Everything was as expected and the staff were pleasant and helpful. It was a half way stop on a drive to Jamtland and for that purpose HEIM was perfect. Right in the centre of town and walking distance to local shops and restaurants.

When I mistakenly booked two nights at the HEIM, I was jet-lagged and overtired; we had only intended to to stay one night. When we checked in and explained the situation, the young woman in charge refused to change the reservation. We contacted Expedia, who told us not to pay while they tried to sort things out. When we had dinner in the restaurant we were treated rudely, with the staff serving other patrons who had arrived after us before they finally fed us after 1 1/2 hours. When we checked out we offered to pay for 1/2 of the second night, which we thought quite generous but were refused. I would not recommend this hotel or its restaurant to anyone, despite the lack of options in Mora.

Skal vi til Mora igjen velger vi nok dette hotellet igjen, enkelt, sentralt, kjøleskap, te og kaffe, fin veranda å sitte på om kvelden. Greit med parkering, eneste minuset var at vi hadde bestilt rom med sofa, men den sofaen var ubrukelig, den kunne ikke slås sammen skikkelig så det gikk an å bruke den til å sitte i. Men alt i alt er hotellet og Mora å anbefale😁☀️

Mysigt hotell men rummet var inte städat vid ankomst. När jag ringde om att det behövde städades fixades det. Däremot hade jag inte fått någon handduk. Frukosten på grannhotellet som tillhör samma kedja var mycket bra!

Det va enkelt att checka in, rent och härligt att de bjuder på kaffe i deras " vardagsrum". Pga att det är i stan så är det en hel del ungdomar ute med sina bilar på kvällen och spelar högmusik.
