We travel with our dogs and this place is great for that. But there was some paperwork that had to be filled out that the staff didn’t tell me about when I booked and the next staffed told me when I called to check in the room.

This is a standard chain hotel near the interstate, with some aesthetic upgrades. It's next to a couple chain eateries.

Everyone was friendly and efficient. Pet room was clean. Microwave, fridge, hairdryer, coffee pot, make up wipes, shampoo/conditioner in one, bath gel, lotion provided. Cons: bed sinks in when sitting, could use an upgrade. Breakfast had waffles..everything else was continental

We got lost arriving and Erik, front desk staff, talked us through complex directions, with humor and patience. Upon arriving later than anticipated he directed us to a great restaurant that was still open. The room was quiet and clean. Lovely place that we would stay at again.

It was very nice, and staff was friendly. It would have been nice to be able to park closer to the doorway, but I moved the car to unload, then put it back where they wanted me to park. Breakfast was good. Room clean and comfortable. Easy on the eye. :-)

Be aware that this hotel DOES NOT have an elevator, and there are a lot of stairs to reach the 2nd floor. Other than that it's very clean, has all the basics, and the staff is friendly. But if you have a lot of luggage or are older you might want to be certain your room is on the first floor.
