Msambweni Vacation Packages

This is my second visit, very good all round, but they ran out of clean free water.

We checked in very late at night and went to bed close to midnight. The room had an AWFUL stench and the air condition was NOT working. We called and the technician arrived past mid night to check and was NOT able to restore the A/C. He told us the entire row of our side had problems with A/C and we requested a fan to minimize our agony for the night since we were exhausted. We spent the night unable to sleep let alone rest after a long day. The next day we went to the front desk and had to explain and ONLY then were given another room. We had booked Sarova for 9 nights and we were repeat guest to the resort. The front desk did NOT even offer any refund for the night. We should be compensated for the extreme inconvenience plus we should be reimbursed for the one night. We also had our laundry done at the resort and on the work order sheet there was a notice that if our order was greater than - ~4,000 KEN Shillings, the order will be eligible for the discount. Our one order was Ken 6,100 shillings and I pointed that out to Esther and she said there is NO such discount for laundry. I informed her to review the order sheet that was in my room to validate and she just ignored it and would NOT even refer to the hotel order sheet. We were very much insulted with her lack of concern to our question. s a returning guest, we were extremely shocked.

The rooms were clean and well stocked with tiny soap, lotion, shampoo and water bottles. Mosquito net looked cute and not over bearing. Stylish actually. The meals were relatively nice and fresh. No upset tummies at all. Wish they served African snacks during tea time, e.g. mahamri and sweet potato. The staff were helpful and always pleasant. Discovered the massage amenities almost too late. Very reasonable and the ladies were nice and gentle, as we wanted. Not a great space for people who have walking issues as the rooms are not near the 2 dining halls. They offered to use a wheel chair to transport but not ideal. I would stay here again. It is a smaller hotel but very relaxing.

Clean, quiet, safe, spacious room, convenient location and great staff.

Amazing experience! My family and I had a wonderful time at this resort. If you’re a golfer, I highly recommend playing at least 9 holes. The golf course is absolutely beautiful! Highly recommended for a relaxing family getaway!

Spent 3 nights, all inclusive. Food was good, drinks were great, pool was warm and clean. The room was clean and had a great view. If I ever go back to Diani I will definitely stay there again.

The resort was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and the food was absolutely amazing! The manager was very attentive and always spoke to people as he walked around the grounds. I always had anything I needed. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kenya!
