The desk staff at check could have been more welcoming. Didn't explain not one thing of the hotel. It was our first time in Europe, I had to come back down to learn how to turn on light in room. They gave me the pool towel cards. But never told me where to return pool towels. Upon check out they asked me for the towels that I had already turned in to the floor house keeper. They explained the restaurant hours or breakfast. The room TV didn't have the ability to change language to English.

Beautiful hotel - staff were very friendly and helpful - highly recommend !!

Other than a little miscommunication on the breakfast being included, and the spa/gym not being accessible, it was a 5 star experience from the staff to the restaurant to the views and room itself.

Location of the hotel and the room were amazing, but the service was horrible: 1) the night we arrived - the restaurant was closed for an event and the music was loud all night, and there was not clear way to get a drink at the hotel; 2) we decided to have our last night dinner at the hotel, was the worse meal in France we had, despite having a kid we were basically ignored for an hour (because of the another event); 3) for the airport we asked for a larger van to fit a group with a luggage, and we got a small car in the morning and hotel refused to take any responsibility; 4) on top - they tried to charge me the rate I already paid hotel.com

Excellent location. Lovely view from hotel room overlooking the Old Port. Helpful staff. Only criticism is the lack of a comfortablebar/lounge

Good location in middle of an area bustling with people, locals and tourists. The area near the old harbor is charming and has many restaurants with outdoor seating. Our room had a twin bed with a sleeper sofa. It was priced okay but was a little small for a family of three. However we did not mind that for a one night stay. The restaurant next door is excellent and convenient. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I loved Lou, she was very helpful to us and helped with our delayed luggage issues.
