7th floor room #710 was small but nice. Bed was comfortable view from our window was nice and we saw a great sunrise. Pool and hot tubs were nice and food was good. Very nice Hotel.

It went bad. I would say the portable refrigerator in the room we bought like $100. Majority of the cost of groceries was ruined. Froze our groceries salad and the sink drain in the bar area where the kitchen is next to microwave the drain seem like it was slow for draining so I don’t know if that was plumbing was plugged up or not kind of seem like that, otherwise thing in the coffee machine Keurig to want to work on occasion or two times that we were there it didn’t work otherwise it’s a nice quiet and safe. Thank you!

Absolute amazing stay. Can't wait to stay there again. Loved the Lake House waterfront grille on the property as well. Rooms were clean and roomy. Water view room highly recommended.

This is an excellent hotel. Facilities were overall in good shape, but there were a few condition issues… An old crack in the sink, a loose tile and a need to replace caulk in a couple areas where someone overcaulked and made it a bit messy. The bed was fantastic. the employees were all welcoming and VERY helpful. Would definitely come back!

I had a room next to the elevator and it was particularly loud. The shower had multiple hairs in it. Overall the staff was friendly. For the cost I would have rather stayed somewhere less expensive.

I came to Muskegon for my 35th class reunion and decided to stay at the Shoreline Inn. The hotel has an older charm to it - cozy and comfortable. The staff I encountered were friendly and accomodating.

Just what we needed
Lovely view of the water - nice & relaxing. Room was a little dated but very clean and comfortable. Loved having a little wine & munchies sitting outside at the Lake House restaurant on the grounds overlooking the boats and water.

The a/c was very loud and ran 24/7! Did not sleep well because of the noise. The advertised continental breakfast was nonexistent the first two mornings and was very disappointing the last day! Beautiful hotel and very nice staff!
