Im always pleased with the cleanliness and good nights sleep i get every stay. I was however double charfed by the same site. I contacted them before check out like instructed but now they are saying they donot give refunds. I am a veteram, Muskegon born woman and felt dishonored.

Shoreline Inn & Conference Center, an Ascend Collection Hotel
The room was very nice and spacious and the kitchen area was an added bonus. Beautiful setting and great restaurants in the area. Good to have a car though. Staff was very nice and helpful. My daughter and I had a great Mother's Day weekend getaway!

Room was well stocked with coffee, towels and shampoos. I loved the shower!! The beds were also very comfortable. The window blinds added a beautiful touch to the room.
