the rooms were very clean and comfortable. water in the bathroom was hot and the bathroom was stocked with great soaps/toiletries. the restaurant inside was fantastic and the food was delicious. service at the restaurant was above and the servers were super kind

Nice property in town. Centrally located if you're heading to the hot springs. Disappointed with paying extra for the "bigger" room still gets you a really bad bed. The mattress felt like it was caving and the person on the right side of the bed kept rolling over into the other person as the mattress was forcing you that way. Lol we had to swap sides as we both woke up with sore shoulders and a sore back!

Would have been good to have a mini fridge for things like snacks and drinks. Curtains were not fully covering windows but otherwise, stay was mostly good.

When you pay extra for a dog friendly room, that shouldn’t mean that you get the smallest most cramped accommodation. It was clean and quiet, but very basic with only a double bed. When we left this morning, the only mess left behind was ours, not our dog’s. We would gladly pay a refundable damage deposit when traveling with our dog, but we feel that the current rule around pets is a bit unfair.

I really like how clean e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g. is!!! The unseen people who take care of this place deserve to be seen for the great job they do. This is the 2nd time I've stayed & I will return here the next time I'm in the vicinity.
