The room I was offered was terrible. Facing the Casino back wall and the alley with the garbage truck coming early in the a.m. My request to change was met with all we can do is give you the same, two floors up. Planning to return with my wife, but will be another hotel!

I feel the hotel is over-priced and took too long to check in (>15 mins). Staff need to be more knowledgeable when it comes to assisting guests.

Parking was limited in the public area across from the hotel. They will bill you once checked in but we found it difficult to get an available spot when arriving late. Cleaning staff started knocking on doors around us at 8am, which woke us up and made it so we couldn’t fall back asleep. I’d definitely stay here again, would just wear my earplugs and arrive a bit earlier. You don’t need a car when staying here. You could walk to shops and things.

The parking is in a public parking area. You will get fined if you mix the two letters opposite. And the staff asked me to go to the public parking office to check myself. But no one was there and asked me to go back again and again. I meant I paid for parking at your hotel. You should be in charge of it. The staff just rolled the ball, said I will ask my manager. But when I talked to the manager, she said, my manager would come tomorrow at 8. Which is no one helped really.
