They were very welcoming and Scott at the front desk was helpful. I was on a work trip and was very happy with Scott at the front desks check-in and explanation of our stay. Will definitely stay here on my next work trip.

We had a great experience with a lovely check-in, newly renovated rooms. Complimentary breakfast and free parking on site. The property was quiet and an ease with night time security on site. Will definitely stay here again.

this is a convenient location when arriving to Nanaimo Airport on a late night flight or catching an early one out. The room is spacious, clean and well stocked. It's great that there is breakfast included either as a continental breakfast or with a coupon for the restaurant on site. Good value for the money.

The front desk "it" or he/she was very rude and bossy. Rolled eyes at a customer before us. Very terrible people person. The rooms were awful and the price insane. No desire to stay here ever again. The pool was terrible

The hot tub was one of the best I’ve been in, but no change room or towels. Terrible cold breakfast compared to places with pancake machine. 1/2 mile walk to my room not acceptable. My room had a bad smell and the Kitchenette was from the 60s.
