It was just a quick overnight stay, so I didn’t have a chance to see all the amenities. Just wanted to comment the front desk representative was very helpful, pleasant, and professional. While the room was slightly dated, the bed was comfortable.

The first room we were shown was barely adequate, but the room we actually stayed in was a pleasant surprise: clean, comfortable bed and clean carpet and bathroom. Sadly, the outside gives off the impression of neglect. Parking lot has weeds poking up through the pavement, the outside of the building needs a paint job. The lobby furniture and hallway carpets are not clean to a standard I am used to.

The front desk allowed me to park my Can Am Spyder right at the front door under cover. The pool was cool but the hot tub was hot, just what my bones and muscles needed at the end of the day. Stayed here before and will stay here again.

Pool is in rough shape, bed was comfortable but the wall at the window was dirty air conditioning made alot of noise was so hot in Alberni had to have it on . No regular coffee I asked at desk was told they don't have any. We use to stay there all the time new owners no restaurant no pub place has gone down hill big time. We will not be staying there again
