The staff was kind. The room looked clean but looking under the bed there must have been a whole bag of cheetos all over the floor. And the worst part was we booked this hotel because it said that they had cribs available, but when we got there we were told that they didnt have any cribs at the hotel at all. So we had to improvise with our 4 month old. They need to fix they ads and work on their cleanliness

The hotel is in a convenient location for us being a few minutes to the ice rink. Our room is clean and the beds are fine. Not firm but not plush. Somewhere in the middle. The hotel needs updating. Old run down furniture and the carpet and drapes haven’t changed since I first stayed here over 10 yrs ago. When we first got here, the guy at the desk told us to come back as we were there an hour early for check in. Most hotels are pretty flexible and will try and accommodate you but not here. The young lady at the front desk when we came back was very nice.

Very friendly staff but unfortunately noticed once we arrived our bathroom wasn’t very clean. Floors were not vacuumed well. Hotel was run down and needs a facelift. Very loud in the middle of the night people yelling and slamming doors.
