We had to take a flight out at 6am on Air Canada (standard time for them), but there was no breakfast available. Microtel know people have to leave early for their flight so should have coffee and food available at that time.

Great, clean pool!

Great motel - everything was super clean (including pool and hot tub). Staff were very nice. Breakfast was kind of a disaster though - ran out of dishes both days we were there, and food one day.

We specifically requested a smoke free, dust free, allergen free room, and they put us in a room that previously had pets without any acknowledgement of that. We showed up to the place, stayed for 2 hours before my wife couldn’t breathe and then this place said they would make note to ensure we get a full refund and apologized for the inconvenience. We even contacted Expedia to get a return processed after booking an AirBnB and Expedia said they would’ve been able to process the return if the hotel had approved it… So the hotel lied about helping and caused no refund or compensation back. Never stay at this hotel if you have health concerns
