When I arrive at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and told me all about the area. The room was perfect, cozy and very tidy. All the items I needed in the room were there. I plan to book a room at this hotel again.

The staff and rooms are always great and I love you can get a free coffee fron pure bread. Only thing i can says is that you guys just need to let people know about the free mini golf. Always our go to hotel because it's always a great stay

I booked 2 nights at this property and because of reasons beyond my control, I was not able to make the trip. I phoned the hotel to cancel my reservation. I was told that I was too late to cancel for a full refund and they would retain one nights cost. I had fully intended to make the trip. The booking agent I dealt with has kindly refunded one nights cost and contacted this property to cover the other night of which they refused. In addition to our room for two nights, our group booked 3 more rooms. The whole experience has been very stressful where it needn't have been.
