We were not impressed that the waterslide was not working. Apparently they only run the waterslide from 1 pm to 4pm. Check in is 4 pm, checkout 11 am. Seems like a scam. Also no coffee supplied. They supply a coffee maker but no supplies for it. I was told at the office we could get coffee at the office in the morning if we want. Had to pay for the coffee. Overall not a great experience. Inside the rooms was clean which was important to us.

We were misled by their webpage. It said there was a pool but after we signed-in they told us the pool wasn't in operation. When we got in the room the floors were dirty and the linen was dirty as well. The armoire was filled with dirty linen too (maybe from the previous guest). Also the beds were messy. My wife and I decided not to sleep there at all and left. I do not recommend that place to anyone. Why is it that Expedia, whom we mostly choose to book with isn't aware of that situation. We are really disappointed with that and wish we could get a refund.

Very cramped in the room. Fridge was full of ice and needed to be defrosted badly. No coffee and office not open in the morning to get coffee even though there is a coffee maker in the room. No coffee shops open in the area until 8-9 am. No information at all about the area. No A/C and no screens on the windows. Comfy bed but not quiet. Campers very loud right behind our room. Ocean view and cheap for the area. Will not stay again.

The accommodations were comfortable and located across from the ocean. The suite would benefit from basic items like bags soap for hand washing (there were a pile of shampoo packets that we washed our hands with), Kleenex and salt and pepper in the kitchen would have been thoughtful and appreciated items.

We spent the days a Hornby island and wanted something closeby to commute…. This is a very quaint little Inn/ cottages with RV grounds behind. Our corner #4 suite was clean, modern and cozy. The grounds are pretty full of flower beds and greenery and since the inn sits in front of the beach you get amazing sunsets and just cross the street to the beach for a walk. Not sandy. You also see rabbits roaming around the property super cute. I loved it. I gave the staff an average because I did not interact with them.

There is NO POOL and NO RESTAURANT. The Expedia ad says there is a Pool and restaurant and even shows pictures of it. We went there with our kids specifically for the pool, and they were devastated to find out upon arrival that there was no pool at all. I complained to Expedia and they did nothing.

It was beautifully situated right on Qualicum Bay. Property was clean but is a bit 'unkempt' - could use some upgrades to make it look better. I would recommend and stay again.
