The property has many options for food and even a entertainment area for mini golf. Staff are friendly and attentive as needed. Check in was a breeze. 10 min walk to the lovely board walk.

From the moment we walked into this hotel we felt like VIP guests. Toni showed us around the property, which is so quaint and well maintained. From the shared lounge to the adorable courtyard. We were glad that there was additional parking next to the hotel, since the parking lot is pretty tight. We had a great stay, and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Parksville!!

We LOVED that mini golf (across the road from the hotel) was included for free when you book at this hotel! We ended up going 2 times over the span of our 2 day stay (which would have cost $140!!) so it was a great value for us with two young kids! Would stay here again for sure! Staff at the front desk was also very lovely.

The property is clean and recently renovated. My husband is disabled and we were surprised that there were no handicapped parking spots and that the front door did not have an automatic door opener. The other thing that surprised me was that the front desk took a deposit for incidentals- despite there being nothing we could have purchased.
