Great stay at AC

Very nice hotel in a great location to everything. The hotel was well maintained, clean, and the staff were friendly. We always we out to eat so never got the chance to try the restaurant in the hotel. The amenities were great and they even had charging stations for EV. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was new and fresh and clean and the service was excellent. The breakfast was good and unique and they really did a lot with the space they had. Lots of sitting areas and the pool was very nice. Highly recommend.

Good hotel, just not finished when compare to other AC hotels, no pool table, no pet treats. Little things, yet what I did not care for was the surprise parking and Pet fee. For a 500+ per night hotel I would expect more. They did remove the fees with one phone call.

Service and hospitality was surprisingly subpar for a hotel that is supposedly 4-star. The absolute worst experience was the free golf cart ride to the beach, which we thought was such a great amenity, until they were unable to return to the beach to pick us up and left us stranded. It took over an hour to get an uber willing to take 6 sand-covered people back to the hotel. It was an unbelievably terrible stay at this hotel.

My mother and I had a wonderful vacation at the AC Marriot in Naples, Florida. The hotel is located conveniently at the end of 5th Avenue, within walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops. If you prefer not to walk, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service in the AM and PM until 8:45 PM. I would like to specifically recognize, John from the Shuttle Team, who was outstanding from the start. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable of downtown Naples. He is a true asset to the hotel and the overall experience of guests. Thank you John for making our experience so wonderful! The hotel had a state of the art gym, equipped with several treadmills, a peloton and weight machines and free weights. Located upstairs from the gym is a beautiful bar, restaurant and intimate pool area. We had the octopus and cocktails for happy hour which were delicious. There is also a small cafe in the lobby that was open daily until early afternoon. The baristas were very professional and worked quickly to make coffee. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and look forward to visiting again in the near future. Thank you AC Hotel and Team!
