Kicked Out For No Reason After Paying!
It was not a good stay I paid for the 17th and 18th of October. They didnt extend our stay due to a phone call from my mother. My mom was concernes because i didnt answer my phone before 11am. I was working on a Zoom call. Theg even went as far as calling the cops. I am an active member of society and a local realtor. It was so embarrassing. I didnt have any people come to the room, i was not loud by any means, there was no reason for them to do that. We had to pack so quickly we forgot stuff. It was just a mess and totally uncalled for.

I was set to travel to Florida 3 days after Hurricane Milton ripped through. My flight was canceled and I couldn't make it to Naples. But Best Western decided to punish me and not refund my money. I WILL NEVER stay with them anywhere in the country again!!!!

Everything was going well until after Milton Hurricane. We clearly asked if the hotel had generator and the answer was positive. Guess what, the generator did not work after power outage and we have been forced to leave the hotel. Well once I saw the condition of the generator it made sense that it would not work when needed.
