We originally were booked at another hotel that was HORRIBLE and had up find another one last minute and quick. Comfort inn was available and decently priced so we gave it a shot and the stay turned out great. Would definitely book again in the future. Only downfall was the extra $100 hold on top of room fee especially after having already paid for the first room. But other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel.

If you’re looking for a normal hotel that has curtains that actually close and don’t let the sun light in at 6:47 in the morning, this is NOT your hotel! Do not stay here. None of their curtains close. The only ones that close, are the sheer white ones. Everyone can see everything through your room! I felt very, very unsafe as a single – solo traveler. Every room is the same. The staff even tried to come in and close the curtains by using a lamp and a chair as a prop.

Naples Getaway
It was a get away to visit The Sand Sculptures in Ft. Myers Beach , We also visited the Naples Zoo & Gardens , Terrific time at all 3 places . Hotel is very clean , walking distance to Cracker Barrel & convenient for our outings !! It was pretty , decorated for Christmas ❤️

The pictures you have on your site wasn’t at all like our room. We asked for an additional office chair and were told they didn’t have one. I asked for any chair and was told they didn’t have one and couldn’t take one out of another room, so I asked to speak to a manager and was told “that is what the manager told me to tell you” and he wouldn’t let me speak to the manager, so I asked if I could use a dining room chair and was told ok, but if I damaged it, I would have to pay for it. I agreed and the maintenance person came up to our room with the chair. He could not speak English. The pool area had a place for pool towels, but they didn’t have any towels in it. The customer below us was smoking on their balcony and yet our door to the balcony said no smoking on the balcony. The coffee and the lemonade were awful. Customer service is not one of their strong points.
