Excellent! We’ve been visiting the Edgewater for over 10 years. There is no better place to stay in Naples. Spacious rooms, great staff, clean, beautiful beach, restaurant, pool bar service and family friendly. We stay here at least 5 times a year and it always best in class. Staff at bar is very friendly and it is our favorite place to stay in Florida!

Outstanding Property with Excellent Staff. 100% of the Staff we interacted with were great treating us like Guests in their home. Asking if all was good, if there's anything else we needed, and giving us the impression they enjoyed having us there, especially over the Holiday weekend. One of the best places we've ever stayed.

Great staff! Friendly and supportive of our needs with a baby and a birthday celebration in our group! Loved everyone as they were attentive and helpful. We keep coming back to this hotel for its location and beautiful setting, but mainly because of its people. Love the welcome champagne and all hotel amenities. Thank you for the birthday cake and wine. Sincerely, A thankful guest!

We recently had a 2 night stay in a beachfront king suite. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was amazing… recently updated, over looking the ocean with a comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. We used the shuttle service to go back and forth from 5th Avenue and lunch was very good at the on site restaurant. We’ll definitely be back soon.
