Experience Naples as it was.

This is a great throwback hotel of Old Naples. We got a double queen with a kitchenette. Room was squeaky clean. The grounds are immaculate. The breakfast is about what you'd expect. No gluten free options, so be prepared. This will probably be our "go-to" hotels in Naples from now on.

Great, Affordable Place to Stay in Naples!

My wife and I really impressed how well kept and maintained the property grounds and rooms were! We used to come to Palm River in the early 1980's and stayed here then - it has barely changed since our first visits.

The outdoor seating was so clean and comfortable. Many different areas to sit and enjoy the trees. It felt almost Resort like. The pool looked pretty, and people were enjoying it. The property was older, but so clean that I was very impressed.

We arrived late. No one at the desk, but very efficient lockbox system gave us easy access to the room. Very clean. Bathroom immaculately updated. While the breakfast was continental, abundant options. Sweet patio area outside each room.

What a great place! It’s like a little tropical oasis, beautiful grounds with comfy seating tucked everywhere, heated pool, great continental breakfast, friendly staff. Kitchenette, great place to stay for a month This was the bargain of the century!

First of all, the check-in process and front desk staff -specifically Ms. ____( I cant believe I forgot her name) was smooth, and gracious and quick. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and neatness. Every detail was done with care and diligence! I was very pleased with my Welcome gift and upgraded accommodations. I only stayed one night, but I will certainly be back. In fact, I tried to book another stay starting Feb 3, 2025 and they were fully booked. I am so disappointed. I will keep checking back. The breakfast was excellent and so was the breakfast place in their cozy pagoda. The grounds and pool were also very nice. I only regret that I could not enjoy as the temps in January were in the 50-60's! So many very thoughtful places to sit on the grounds and soak up some sun and peace. I lover this place!
