Everything was good, staff friendly, room was clean, 3 restaurants attached to the hotel were a definite plus. The downside are the pillows were the worst to sleep on and the air unit would shut off during the night and woke up sweating every morning because of it.

Room was clean. I liked Harolds Bar at the pool. The plugs on the left side of the room did not work and the toilet started leaking the last day I was there.

Room was clean, and it was more like an apartment more than a hotel, because it came equipped with refrigerators and sink, etc. It wasn't the Ritz-Carlton, but it wasn't price for the Ritz-Carlton, and the bed was a little bit too soft for my liking, but that's a personal view, and maybe not the popular view. It has a nice outdoor heating pool, it has three restaurants types of food to accommodate probably every pallet out there, and the check-in process was pretty seamless.

Room was very clean but definitely an older motel. Tiki bar and pool are great amenities! Food was great. Staff was super nice. Bagels , waffles, cereal , yogurt, juices, coffee complimentary breakfast We would definitely stay here again for the price and location! King Bed was super comfy
