We spent our last night in Florida at the Hawthorne, and it was a vast step up from the hotel we spent most of our time in. Everything was clean and well kept, and staff was very friendly and accomodating to our early check-in needs. The pool and spa were clean and well-kept as well. Our room was perfect, and we felt right at home the second we walked through the door. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Naples in the future.

The hotel was a comfortable stay with huge rooms, friendly staff, and a decent breakfast. The pool area is relaxing, and the location is ideal for exploring north Naples. While it might not be a luxury hotel, it's a great choice for both short and extended stays

We had an issue with housekeeping, we requested the day before as instructed but when we went back to the room in the late afternoon still was no service to our room. The lady at the front desk didn't care too much when I called , my husband went to the lobby and after an argument they changed our room . It was annoying to move all the stuff.. breakfast was good. Cook lady very friendly and attentive
