The rooms need some TLC, rusted bathroom's ceilings, it need more cleaning, drawers with dead spiders. Overall, the whole hotel needs maintenance. It was my mistake not reading about it, but parking is not included, be aware of this. The staff is super friendly and it is walking distance from 5th ave. Very safe area to walk arpund

Me, my wife and my 6 years old daughter spend and Amazing 5 nights here. We planned on spending only 4 but we liked it So Much that we decided to stay one more night😍 Angel from the from desk was AMAZING and very helpful! Also, Chloe (I’m sorry if I butchered the name) was great too. They also Allowed me to late Check out at 14;00 which NO HOTEL on earth does! Pool is great, views are spectacular, it’s in a very SAFE area! YOU will pay for the parking, it’s $25/ night and it’s in their own garage building which has acces to each floor to the hotel Directly! We were very happy with our stay and we will be back!❤️

2 of the electrical outlets in the room were not working When we came down for coffee at 10:30am there was no regular coffee left and the staff indicated it was first come, first serve. If you offer coffee until 11am, it should be available.

Perfect weekend.
Had a great couples getaway nice and relaxing, pool and view of the bay was great. Short walk to restaurants and boating. Complimentary breakfast was a huge bonus. The bar and front desk staff were so polite and helpfull.
