Needs Improvement

I booked this hotel for my husband’s birthday, but sadly, our expectations were not met. The pool was the best feature, but everything outside of that was very average. The customer service felt lacking—specifically the front desk staff who came across as short and reluctant to accommodate any requests. This inevitably cast a shadow over our stay. Overall, we just did not find this hotel to be worth the cost.

River-View Room!

Hyatt House was gorgeous! We had a river view room which was so beautiful and bright. The best perk was the parking garage access was straight to the floor we were staying on. Very convenient and comfortable. Will stay again!

What a fabulous spot at the start of 5th Ave I. Naples. This resort hotel is all you need. It is a beautiful oasis. Amazing porooms, so a view, pool restaurant and a fabulous Continental breakfast. We were in Naples for a wedding. This hotel was very nice. Walking distance to several restaurants, shopping, bars, etc. Very clean. Nice pool area. Breakfast was plentiful and pretty good. The in-hotel restaurant was pretty informal, but had a good variety of food and was very convenient. Only complaint is the bathroom was rather small with very little counter space. That was just a minor inconvenience though.
