Arrived about 9:30 on Fri night. Bar open until 11pm but all of the tables in the bar had already been turned up with chairs resting on top of tables. Not inviting at all to hang out and have a few drinks. Took drinks outside and the premium spot on boardwalk was occupied by the hotel workers drinking and blasting their music. Again not inviting. What is driving the terrible rating is being trapped in elevator for several minutes. Totally understand that happens but it was the lack of any type of response or communication that they were working on it that caused my wife to have a anxiety attack, especially after the elevator had jolted several times. When I reported to management the response was something like oh well, sorry, that happens. Just a total lack of any care that we had just experienced a not so pleasant experience. I was referred to the GM who I called immediately and left a message, but no call back after 24 hours (that said they are preparing for a hurricane so way more important issues to take care of). In general it seems like management is asleep at the wheel. Other than that, the place is nice enough and in a good walkable location.

Lovely property, under the flight path of Naples airport, only small planes and private jets. A bit noisy at times for me personally around the pool-my husband loved it. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Coleen at the reception

Although the check in process was nice and the staff was really helpful, the room was not good enough. Upon arrival I noticed that the towel holder was loose and almost coming out of the wall. I only stayed one day there and during the night the AC was not working properly. I barely slept. It is a shame as the area and view are really enjoyable. Other that the problem with the room, I enjoyed been pretty close to Naples downtown with a lot of restaurants and bars.
