The Inn at Pelican Bay is our favorite hotel in the Naples area! All of the staff are so professional, extremely nice, and very accommodating! The hotel and grounds are immaculate and gorgeous! We love the wonderful fresh baked donuts at breakfast, plus all the other choices! Thank you again for another fantastic stay!

Love this property, three minutes from Vanderbilt Beach. The rooms are perfect, with free breakfast, shuttle, ride to the beach, complementary chairs, and umbrellas. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Balcony overlooking the lake, will definitely be back.

This hotel is reasonably nice with very kind and helpful staff. The beds (doubles) are small and somewhat uncomfortable and some things seem dated. For the price/star rating, I expected a higher quality continental breakfast. The fruit on the buffet is not super fresh and the donuts were bad, too. A lot of things felt prepped ahead and stored rather than fresh daily. An onsite bar with consistent hours and better food options for breakfast would be improvements. I’m not terribly picky so overall I had a good stay, but it was clear the hotel caters to older people and doesn’t really understand what it would take to make the guest experience truly 4 stars.

Excellent location for a easy getaway close to the beach, but not on the beach. Hotel, Room and community areas are very, very CLEAN. The Pool is litter small. Hitel offer Breakfast included,very good, but is no good for a Person with Diabetic, everything was Sweet.
