I was traveling for work and Breakfast starts at 6:30 i paid for it and i couldn't eat pool was out of order for repair they didn't let me know that before i paid my stay when i realized the pool wasn't working i tried to canceled and they didn't let me canceled no a good experience

Pets everywhere which caused me to not be able to breathe. Noises no soundproofing. Poor room design. King room was like a cheap motel 6 design with the sink beside the entrance door outside of the bathroom. Just terrible for a Hilton.

Didn't Get the Room I Paid For

Arrived 1.5hrs after Check-In, only to be told the King Bed/Pool Balcony room I booked wouldn't be ready for another 20-30 minutes. Did not end up getting the room I paid for, and there was no indication online that the pool wasn't even usable.

Overcharge and underdeliver

I was surprised at the lack of cleanliness for such a nice place. Grime buildup around spouts on sinks. The tile had not been mopped in quite some time. The tools on the vacuum are there for a reason-use them! Balcony was a joke, not even big enough to pull a chair out and sit in the sun. The ad did not say “teensy tiny balcony in a kind-of clean suite where the breakfast costs extra ($50 for 3 people!) and the pet deposit isn’t a deposit at all-we keep it” I paid $75 for my dog to be in the room for 6 hrs. Had I known that I would’ve just left him at home. I live locally and was having a staycation with my daughter. The breakfast costs even MORE than the $9 the app try’s to charge. One redeeming quality was the service. Everyone was very nice. Thankfully I paid for the insurance and hopefully will be reimbursed on grounds of misrepresentation of room and services
