I was there for 2 nights but the first night I wanted to go to the pool but the safe in my room was not working, they called the engineer which took over an hour and could not fix it. At 9 PM they called and gave me another room. Also don't go to the pool bar because they charge over $20 bucks for a shot of vodka. They did not offer an extra day for wasting my time the first night.

Beautiful and impeccable hotel! Excellent food at reasonable prices! We had a few issues with a leak in the room and a non-working safe. However, hotel staff was swift in handling the situation with a room upgrade, and went above and beyond to ensure a very pleasant stay. 10 Stars from us!!
