Greeted by a very friendly check-in Gal. Set us up w/room in the back, said it would be quieter, which it was. Later she help print our boarding passes for tomorrow’s flight. She was great! Romm was like brand new. New floor and new bathroom all an excellent shape. Also look like the room had been painted and they did a great job.

The staff were welcoming and took great care pf my group. Hotel is a nice hidden gem in Naples. It's close to shopping and restaurants. Great pool area. Overall. It was a wonderful stay.
