Food by the pool and inside near the lobby were both very good. The room was comfortable and had a nice view from the balcony. It was a little noisy above us with drilling or construction bc I guess renovating. Other than that, we had fun and the kids enjoyed the waterslide by pool.

We were two families that met up together for a one night/ two day stay. The hotel room and restaurants were wonderful. Our rooms were situated across from one another as requested. The ride to the beach was fast and beautiful. We loved seeing the manatee and looking at the sand dollars and fish in the Gulf!

Second time we have rented here and the check in is terrible. We got there at 9am and requested a room on the same floor as the party we were traveling with. At 4:10pm they had still not assigned us a room! We complained and then they finally gave us a room, and of course not on the same floor. Terrible check in process not sure what’s going on but they can never get it right or done quickly. Expect to wait! There were people complaining at the front desk the entire day. It’s a shame

Loved the pool and the convenience of the accessibility on property! We never had to leave. The lack of restaurant choices on property was disappointing but the food was great. The $40 daily parking fee on top of the $20 resort fee was ridiculous!

Great stay we were local and wanted a weekend staycation so we just booked one overnight. It was a great day in a beautiful resort. The tram to Clam Pass beach was awesome and staff were so very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
