EXPECT A TOTAL REFUND.

We expect a total refund. We were extremely disappointed the construction was not disclosed. The jack hammers started at 8:00 and ended at 5:00. All sliders are being replaced. Hotel or website didn't devulge this. There is no escape from the noise as it radiates throughout the building. Its a shame as i use websites to protect me from these types of issues. Resort is nice and staff is great. Very disappointed. If we knew about the construction, we would have gone somewhere else.

The property is great. Definitely needs updated in rooms. My only real complaint is that i had to hear a little dog barking for 2 Days straight not exaggerating. Front desk confirms they took care of it but upon check out guess what the dog starts barking again. For this particular reason dont believe I'll be back.

Excellent hotel my only issue was the construction noise for renovations but upgrades have to be made so I understand. Also I think they should choose a better brand of soap / conditioner and shampoo the one we had in our room was terrible very bad odor in my opinion I could not use it.

Currently under renovation. Should be posted on website that very loud work is being performed all day, inside of the building, from about 9am to 4/5 pm. You can hear the work (sounds like drilling) through almost all of the floors, but especially loud within 5 floors of the work. The staff were fantastic about trying to work with guests to try to help deal with the situation.
