The property had roaches everywhere. This was an extended stay hotel unaware that people actually resides in them. Some of the doors outside were not locked or secured.

I've stayed at this property previously with no issues. What a difference a year makes. The hotel smelled horrible with the air freshner they use in the air conditioner system. The sheets were dirty. We were lucky there was a small bar of soap in the room. The televsion did not work properly. We left after one night and stayed at another hotel. What a horrible experience.

The room was in subpar condition, there’s a homeless camp outside the building and the walls are so thin you can hear the adjoining rooms crystal clear.

We called this hotel and left. The window was smashed and the room was full of cockroaches. There was also police surrounding the building as there was an intruder in the building. Wasn’t safe and we were assured a refund. We went to another hotel and booked it through Expedia.

Its not the best hotel to stay for a solo woman. Also, the bathroom was dirty when I 1st came into the room. And the walls seem to be made of cardboard because you listen to every single noise, even voices from the adjacent rooms.

Our first impression of the property wasn't good. There were shady looking people with shopping carts loitering at the front door. I thought they were homeless, but they were infact guest at the hotel. Our room was clean, but there was so much noise! People talking in the hallways, doors slamming, and dogs barking! That afternoon the lady across the hall from us was kicked out of her room because of some issue with her credit card. At night there were men loitering in the parking lot. This made my wife very uncomfortable. Thank goodness we only stayed one night. Also, no breakfast or coffee.

Borderline trap house!!
First off the elevator was broke. My room was on the third floor and it’s very hard for me to go up and down that many stairs with no option for a different room. The staff at the front desk said he couldn’t do anything about it and he doesn’t have the permission to make changes yet he couldn’t tell me who I needed to talk to to make changes. The amount of active drug use feet away from the back entrance was extremely alarming. There were people running in and out of the hotel extremely loud all night long. Not to mention the amount of police activity that showed up at 1:00am over an alleged stabbing in the hotel. With the power out all night it got hot very quickly in the room. With no fan and windows that were screwed shut, this was miserable!!!! Needless to stay, a warning to future travelers….you’d be better off sleeping in your car!! Good luck!!
