rooms are nearly perfect for living for extended stay. adequate fridge (large). 2 burner electric cooktop with fan. large microwave, cabinets/storage/shelves/desktop all pretty good.
one downer is no dishwasher/or any utensils/cookware which you would probably expect (but cheap walmart set will suffice). Cleaning every 2 weeks is offered, i think it should be 1x per week (that seems more sanitary). you have to change your towels/sheets if you want it more frequently, but they will give it to you. You have to bring your trash to dumpster yourself.
This is a no frills extended stay, no amenities and limited services to keep the price down. but then again, the price is pretty amazing especially when booked by week or month. Rooms fairly quiet it seems, but also don't really know how many people are directly around you.
A/c are adequate but fans are louder because they are the in-wall style (not central) under exterior windows, so thats a little annoying. beds comfortable (again not high dollar obviously, but not the old grandma beds with printed flowers and metal springs that are 6" thick). common areas are kept clean and A/C is cold. Parking is adequate as it shares parking with other hotels too. great location on/off 75 in less than a minute. Laundry is onsite too is helpful for like $4 a load or so and takes credit cards (not the old coin laundry). Floors are laminate-no carpeting. Spot for clothes is open closet concept-cubby shelves.
