There were ROACHES in my ROOM
there were roaches in my room. I called immediately and a nice gentleman showed up and picked it up with a tissue and threw it in the trash for me. I was offered a different room, but I just wanted to leave and find a new location with a clean room. The Hotel refused to refund me for my stay, and I was forced to spend additional money on a new hotel room for the following night. Awful experience with Howard Johnson, will NEVER stay here again. I called the Hotel immediately and Hotels.com but the representative was unable to get my money back for me either. I guess Howard Johnson needs my $300 more than I do...

Good spot if you don't want any extras. There were spots where the paint could use atouch up but for the most part it was good. Though the sheets on the king size bed we were in didn’t fit properly and kept coming off as soon as we lay down.
