We checked in late with my disabled elderly mother. B the staff made check-in fast and efficient. They also made sure to give us the room closest to the elevator on our floor. It was exactly what we in needed as we were also leaving early for her to get surgery.

It's not that bad, but don't you, Leave your car unlocked because your items will be stolen. The manager, Regie, was easy to talk to, and he listened to my issues. While helping other customers, he helped me by looking through the surveillance video of the parking lot. On a positive note, they have friendly staff, especially the supervisor in charge of housekeeping. Her name is Antonia, and she will go above and beyond to help you if she can. She is great. It's no wonder the rooms are spotless.😉

It is not a safe area. I stayed there a few years ago and it has deteriorated horribly. It was dirty with graffiti everywhere. Peeling wallpaper, dirty and stained shower, etc.

The parking is thought with big planters square block all over the place. If your unlucky enough too park next to it good luck on opening the driver door or passenger door depending on the direction you park. There is also a $15.00 a day fee to park and no free breakfast. Holiday express across the street have free parking and free breakfast. So much for trying to save just to pay for parking. Our room have a missing ironing board. Drip coffee pacs were provided, but there is no coffee maker. You can get creative and use the microwave to make the coffee. I tried and the packs fell apart. Bring your own blow dryer because this hotel does not have one on the wall. Our bathroom have a picture on the wall with visible mildew on the frame. Verizon heavy dust build up on the bathroom vent.
