You’re in the centre of Madrid here and consequently you could payback lot of money. This hotel however was excellent value for money. The room was small, very small with not much room either side of the bed, however the bed was comfy, the bathroom clean and modern and as most of the rooms don’t look out into the street pretty quiet. Great value for money and excellent for single travellers.

I had a fantastic stay at Novotel Madrid Center. The location is perfect, especially if you are visiting Madrid for a concert, with great transport links and easy access to the city. It was also ideal for shopping trips to Gran Vía and exploring everything Madrid has to offer. I had stayed here before and chose to return because of how much I enjoyed my previous experience. Once again, it did not disappoint, and I will definitely be staying here again on future visits. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well designed, making it a great place to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The gym and pool are also a lovely addition and really help make the hotel feel like more than just somewhere to sleep. For the location, facilities, comfort, and overall experience, I think this hotel is definitely worth the money. Highly recommended!

The staff was very helpful. They helped with directions with metro and bus transportation. Always cordial and friendly. I liked that there were at 3 metro stations close to the hotel also numerous bus stops.
