Stunning hotel, fabulous staff, beautiful breakfast, prime location. Would definitely return on future trips to Madrid. Highly recommend.

The rooms are beautiful. However, the check in process didn’t give “vacation vibes”. You’re definitely checking into an apartment so no special experience upon check in, but the property itself is lovely & most places I wanted to go were 15 mins or less on an uber ride away.

The room I stayed in was very comfortable and the staff made sure to keep it clean every day. The hotel is also located in a centric place with easy acess to the Complutense University and other areas of the city. There are also a lot of restaurants cafes, and bars nearby. If I come back to Madrid, will definitely look to stay at this hotel again.

Spatious, modern and elegant with an excellent location.

The hotel has a great location, just a few minutes’ walk from Gran Vía, Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace, with restaurants and metro stations nearby. I stayed here with my brother in the Superior Double Room, but the bathroom had almost no privacy. There is no proper door, just a glass door with gold patterns, so you can see into the bathroom and hear everything when using the toilet . The staff were friendly, but some spoke very little English, which made connecting to the Wi-Fi difficult. The Expedia photos also make the hotel, rooms and breakfast area look much bigger than they really are. The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable, but there was no mini fridge or toilet brush. Although it was summer, both nights were cold, around 15–16°C, and the second day was cold and rainy. The bed only had a thin sheet, so I asked for a duvet, but was given an old, duvet with no cover, I did not feel comfortable using, so I slept in my jumper. Even in summer, a thin duvet should be available for guests to use if the weather suddenly gets cold. I found this very unprofessional. Overall, the location is excellent, but for the price I expected more and I’m not sure I would stay again.
