Really enjoyed our stay- staff were great! Great location! Good value

Location was perfect walking distance to casino, seaport, waterfront & public gardens. Room had good layout with separate living space and full kitchen. Breakfast included was helpful to start day without having to spend $$$. My main reason for a low rating is that my stay was from Sunday to Sunday and no room cleaning was done until Thursday after I called the day before. We almost ran out of toilet paper and use the same towels. The front desk said they only clean every 2 days and they already missed half the week and will only get it cleaned twice before I leave which I thought was wrong. They did come to clean the last three days of our stay and didn’t like that I had to ask for a common hotel service. This is the reason that it gets only a 3 star

Never even heard of Futures in prior to this booking. The rooms were clean including the bathroom great fan! The food at the restaurant was great also and not overpriced. Close to Costco, Walmart and a bunch of other stores and restaurants.
