Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly.

I was disappointed with my stay. I found a bug in the bed, which was very concerning. I immediately notified the front desk, and while housekeeping came and changed the sheets, that was the only action taken. No one offered to move me to another room, inspect the mattress, provide any compensation, or even apologize in a meaningful way. Finding a bug in your bed is not something any guest expects, and simply changing the sheets did not make me feel confident that the issue had been properly addressed. I expected much better customer service and a more proactive response. Unfortunately, this experience made me uncomfortable for the rest of my stay.

Room didn't have soap for the bathroom, which is fine by the way, but when I asked the front desk they were unable to assist so I had to go out and buy my own soap! Also, when checking out and putting my stuff in the car, a staff member came out and told me to settle up at the front desk. They didn't want to honor my Expedia transaction and asked me to pay for the two nights at a much higher rate. After a bit of back and fourth, and showing proof of the transaction, they finally agreed to let it go. They weren't rude or anything, they just didn't know how to process things through Expedia. They are under new management, which is very obvious, so book with a little understanding until they are more established.

Besides the coffee nothing worked. The tv didn't work and the air conditioning which is advertised as an amenity Had a sign saying do not turn on because it was shut off for the winter season. I stayed in July...

It could be better if they had breakfast included but everything else was really good
