New Ross Vacation Packages

Hotel is renovating and needs updating. Fall 2026 24 hr shuttle to airport arrive early even in middle of night full shuttles. Breakfast included, very basic and unappealing eggs. Plastic utensils to eat with. Not a bonus breakfast included as it’s very underwhelming we skipped it for a Tim Hortons coffee and bagel at airport. Hotel is close to airport. Renovated room but they left metal towel rack in shower/toilet room and sink room both showed terrible rust spots after renovation. Obviously not a full renovation as tub and sink not replaced. Beds were comfortable and that’s important, new flooring and clean

We checked in after a mixup with another hotel, we were staying in Halifax for my girlfriends birthday. Our room smelled really bad. The pool was not opened and we were not made aware until after our reservation. The bar was closed with no bartender the whole day. There were 2 bottles of water in the room that had a charge for "non members" like are you kidding me? Breakfast was another fee, basically after paying a ridiculous amount of money there were fees for everything. The customer service was basically nonexistent for anyone who wasn't a member. Our basic king bed room was completely overpriced for what was provided. This "luxurious" hotel completely lacked any simple luxury we were hoping for. Without sounding too dramatic, this hotel disappointed us in every way. The Hollis Halifax a DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel is an absolute disgrace.

Future Inn is the ONLY place we stay when we come to Halifax. It is ALWAYS affordable, comfortable, clean and friendly! We love staying with Future Inn!

Everything was unique especially the automated system. Enjoyed the spa. We had some difficulty using the living room tv. Could not find local channels. Everything was LG channels. Otherwise the location, decor and amenities was extraordinary. We will tell our friends about this wonderful place.

There is no elevator, so you have to be able carry luggage.

Truly exceptional accommodations in a serene environment. I can’t wait to stay here again!
