Clean room- mattress needs replacement, and carpet needs cleaning. The bathroom shower needs new caulk or someone who knows how to install it. Customer Service: No one should have to ring a bell for service and then be greeted. Breakfast was great!

Bathroom was in really rough condition. Mold, peeling paint and water damage. Alarm clock, coffee maker and remote didn't work. Bed was clean. Doors to outside and stairwell do NOT lock, anyone can get in. Tons of trash around parking lot, signs of homeless.

Geronimo Creek Retreat
Cabin had mold in it, couldn’t even stay because of the mold and how hot the room felt. There were restrictions on changing the A/C in your cabin. Also the door didn’t lock so my family didn’t feel safe here, definitely not worth the money.
