My stay was great check in was literally 2 minutes. The room was nice and clean. I just wish they had an actual mini fridge and microwave in the room. But the place was quiet and many food options near by. Staff was nice also

As someone who has used this hotel a bunch, it has me rethinking returning, especially on the weekends. There is ZERO control of kids at what is an already a small pool. Example? Young kids jumping into the hot tub. Not enough pool chairs and some were completely broken. Service, though friendly, made frequent mistakes and had to be asked several times for items…from the poolside service to pillows requested over three times that were necessary to help Medical issue. It’s a shame because the hotel has a nice decor to it.

If you don’t mind your garbage overflowing….

Had to request towels and blankets, coffee and cups, as well as trash removal, SEVERAL times each day, sometimes we would receive it, sometimes not. Requested cleaning, never received. A sliver of soap is not enough for 4 days.
