Very nice hotel, the staff mentioned a $10 food / beverage credit. We charged over $100 to the room.. no credit. Didn’t have the energy to contact them but don’t mention it if it’s not true.

This place is fine. For one night on a road trip it was perfectly adequate. They did charge us a $28 destination fee but otherwise the pricing was fair and transparent. The walls are incredibly thing however and we were woken up several times throughout the night by noise - I could even hear the person's phone vibrating in the room next door while laying in bed. But the shower was great, the bed was very comfortable, the whole place was clean and it felt very safe. Last complaint, I specifically picked this hotel because they have an EV charger, however, when we arrived the front desk attendant said "yeah only one plug works" and someone was already charging. This of course altered our route and timing the next day.

I requested and was granted early admission as I just come from Nyack Hospital post surgery. I ordered in room service for lunch, was called a few minutes later and told both items were unavailable. I pivoted and just ordered a cheeseburger. Upon food arrival, I got the burger plus the soup I said I didn’t want as the burger would enough. In addition, I asked for an updated menu. I ordered room service for dinner off of the printed up to date menu, I was told the French Onion soup wasn’t available as it wasn’t seasonal. Very inconsistent. All that said, the staff was very professional and courteous. The towels are getting old and there’s limited programming. Besides morning coffee could you serve some patties and bagels?

We liked how they took an old building and made it modern with the layout of the rooms, and the decor. The giant barn door for the bathroom, the uncovered factory ceiling are stunning, and the lighting throughout the room was impressive. It was New Year's eve, and there was a party in the bar / lounge.

Very noisy hotel
Guests were making noise all night long, and while the rooms look nice, there are wood floors and nothing on the walls to absorb sound. There was also a dog barking much of the night and I kept smelling weed. Not a good experience at all.
