Convenient. Handicap bathroom layed out by non handicapped person. Floor tiles are slippriest ever. Shower grab rail located on back wall. Toilet id "low boy" hard to get up from. Toilet grab rail useless. Nice shower head too high to reach.

The good: There is a very nice breakfast buffet; much appreciated. Fridge with little freezer, decent working bathroom and shower. The bad: We did not like the stale cigarette smell that hit us when we walked in; almost ruined my night, but thankfully the AC helped some with that. Carpet is old and stained, but room seemed clean, overall.

The staff was very nice and hrlpful. The location was convenient and 1 minute across the Mario Cuomo bridge. Decent complimentary breakfast. Carpets in room seriously need replacing.

Awful. Nice woman at the desk. But the property stunk of cigarettes. The furniture look used. The rug must have been 50 years old. I left 5 minutes after checking in. Expedia should not advertise this property.

I stayed 1 night with my 12 year old. We arrived too early for the 2pm check-in, but they kindly let us in our room early. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean although they had some stains. The toilet won’t flush in our first room; I sent a message on the app, the hotel didn’t respond all day. I had to go down to the lobby to get the room changed. Some of the new rooms smelled like smoking rooms - the property claims to be all smoke-free rooms. The guests next door actually took the chair outside the room, sat in the hallway to smoke weeds, leaving the door open. I guess that’s how some rooms smell bad. It took a while to find a better room. It was musty and the ac took a long time to kick in, but it wasn’t as bad as some of the other rooms, and the toilet actually worked! Breakfast was great. They had great selections of hot dishes and desserts. Overall it was not a bad experience considering how convenient it was located to our needs. There are several restaurants, and an affordable self car wash right across the street. We will definitely come back here.

Don’t Stay Here Unless You Like Cheesecake

One of the beds was sagging, and the sheets had stains on them. The fridge was unplugged when we got there, and then it froze most of our items after we plugged it in. The photos don’t show an outside shot where you see all the rooms are exterior.
