"Very close to train station -30 second walk. But also very quiet no train noise. This is a modern hotel that was a joy to stay in. I would definitely recommend and would stay again if ever in Kakunodate again. Check in is unmanned so you need your booking number and use the check in machine."

The hotel had 2 onsens - one on the 2nd (larger) and the 3rd. Visited the smaller one on the 3rd which also has an outdoor option, which was nice and peaceful ..."
