Perfect location, clean, and helpful staff.

First off if in a budget room they are very small. You have to climb over partner to get out of bed to use bathroom, the sink is in main part of bedroom and also there is no privacy in bathroom, all glass and nothing left to imagination no dignity ( and we have been married 42years ) the first room had gum stuck to ceiling advised reception but nothing done. The hotel is very nice but the lack of action with a problem was poor.

The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!
