Had a terrible experience in this hotel. It’s self checkin and spooky with no one to help or attend to you. If you’re a solo traveler make sure you demand few things They gave me a room in their outdoor terrace on the highest floor all the way at the building corner. It was isolating uncomfortable. Very spooky I requested for a change & no one responds for hours. I compromised and slept and woke up in terror with my room door flung open- vvvv scary and unacceptable. They finally transferred me to another room Big inconvenience. Horrible experience leading to a poor stay in the city. Shower doesn’t have a door and water leaks out all the way Don’t choose if alone esp female

Excellent location. Near bus stop. Bakery located in same building. Walking distance to Rainbow road and Church. Quiet area. Bed was soo comfortable. Lighting and temperature all ideal. Wd def recommend when traveling to Reykjavik.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff at the reception was clear and helpful, both for my arrival and departure. Amenities were as described, rooms clean and fairly quiet. I really recommend this hotel

Good location, nice staff. Need better air in rooms. Very small window for July weather. Slow elevators.

The location was good. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was a little small but we only stayed one night. It was clean. And it was closed to the harbor where we were embarking in a cruise ship. All good.
