Excellent place for families, however, you need to have a vehicle to go around the area.

Stayed at this hotel last year was told they would be getting a renovation done did not happen. We had the same room this year as we did last year, the sink in the kitchen leaks water, same issue as last year. None of the ice machines were working. The hot tub was over run with small kids thinking it was another pool. We come here every year but will not be returning to this hotel.

Early check, poolside rooms with a lawn area and breakfast included were major pros and I would come back again. Steps away from Tim Hortons, Starbucks and the beginning of the channel. Rooms are extremely spacious with a microwave and mini fridge. A few reasons that need improvement are: cleaning (there was hair in the shower, no cups for in suite coffee, had to go to the front desk to get some), bathroom is extremely tiny.

This place is awful and I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend this place to anyone. The room feels dirty, the bath tub didn’t drain and the tv is in front of the bathroom, not in front of the beds. The beds are worn in and uncomfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were both dirty and you are not able to turn the jets on in the hot tub. The walls are thin and the property is run down. After the first night housekeeping came and vacuumed the floor and made the beds, but they didn’t take the used towels or replace them. Housekeeping did not come the rest of the time we were there (3 nights). On our third day we went to the front desk to ask for more towels and they provided us with 2 pool towels and told us there weren’t any other clean ones available and to ask another staff member if we saw someone walking around. I feel they might be short staffed and as a result are frustrated and unfriendly. We stayed there for 3 nights and in retrospect we should have found somewhere else to stay after the first night. This place was not at all worth the price and not the same standard as other Best Westerns we’ve stayed in.
