Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel.

My whole experience with Casa Sevilla 1855 Suites by Época was spectacular, truly. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel was clean and smelled amazing. The location was perfect - walkable to all of the best locations. 10/10 would recommend over and over. I look forward to a stay again in the future.
