It was a great little place to stay! Super easy to find, easy to check in/out, and a great location. The bed was very comfortable and there were lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Unfortunately the room we were in looked nothing like the photos. It was very tiny, the toilet seat was not even attached to the toilet, the plug for the tub didnt work, so you had to shower. For the price, we were sadly disappointed. One good thing... The doors to the rooms have lock codes, which is nice, so you needn't worry about losing key cards.

While the rooms are fine, the experience was underwhelming: in the heart of wine country there are no wine glasses and we had to go to the store to buy ice. This is basic expectations of accommodation in this area The pool is surrounded by dilapidated furniture, holes in the fence, and one side of the pool is used as an exposed storage area for items such as a saggy box with a gazebo that was been waiting too long to be installed. Automated check in and out is nice but due the code for the room we did not feel that our room was secure.

I was very appreciative that they were could accommodate me to the ground level. But the description on the website was not as it was when I arrived. The room smelled very badly. The towels and blankets were stained. A hot plate was provided that did not work the caretaker of the facility Did not have the time to help me with the issue. The pool was very dirty and smelled very heavily of chlorine, they were having issues with shortage of housekeepers. They did the best they could do, but the kitchenette was not as it was described on the website I have asked for a refund.

We had trouble checking in as we arrived a few minutes past 6pm which was their office closing time. We were unaware of this. As we have mobile numbers from another country, we struggle to make phone calls to Canadian numbers, and no internet until logged in to wifi, so thankfully another Canadian guest phoned on our behalf. We think there should be some way of contacting the managers securely for oversea visitors. Not no-reply email etc. Texts do not always come through to our phones either, or are no reply. Also there was a dehumidifier set in our room, which we knew nothing about and it came on and off during the night - meaning no sleep. Perhaps instructions for this could have been on the wall, so we knew what it was and how to disable it. Otherwise lady helpful.
