First floor experience was very loud. Maybe 2nd floor doesnt hear everything outside, but it wasnt a very restful sleep. Otherwise, the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean.

Excellent price and convenient location. Breakfast was minimal but sufficient. Room nicely renovated. Will stay again. One exception, my wife strongly feels the sheets were not changed between rentals.

Comfortable but had a few issues

Check-in was good but we ran into a few issues. T he first room they gave us had a strong odor so they moved us to another room. Both rooms needed some care. The floors were dirty, the bathroom door was coming off one hinge, and everything was quite worn. It didn't look like the room had been refreshed for a decade or more.

The room had various issues - cigarette burn on side of bath tube, clothing rack on wall was ready to fall off, handle was broken off a drawer, etc. Walls were very thin, as we heard the drunk couple arrive at their unit at 2:00 in the morning and have an argument that was loud. Skipped breakfast bar as it looked very uninviting. The coffee we had (at the bar) was just warm water with a little coffee. Would never stay at a Baymont hotel again. One and DONE!

Do not stay here! I have no idea why this property is rated very good as it is poor! The pillow cases had make up on them. The room was freezing and the locks didnt seem secure.
