Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Our room was filthy and in our suite the counter and sink had been taken out just a bare beatup wall left behind.
My son found a bug in the pullout couch bed.
In the dining area the only place the 5 of us could sit was at high chair at a counter. The chairs were covered in cloth that was disgusting. The staff herself was eating with her hands and her uniform was filthy.
There wasnt any coffee( it was already gone) at our 630 am breakfast.
When we checked in the manager was on the phone ,( speaker phone), having a personal conversation. We waited 10 minutes for her to come out. Finally getting her attention by yelling hello. There was no service bell and she did not remotely apologize that we needed to yell to get her attention.
We wanted to use the weight room with our teen boys but the tv was on at a deafening volume with a very inappropriate movie going. No way to change the channel or volume.
This was an extremely disappointing stay for almost 200 dollars.
