Decent property for the area. Room was average in cleanliness, bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I did not try the breakfast so I can’t rate that. Biggest complaint is the elevator is broken (still!). I stayed there last week and again this week. The elevator was broken last week and I was dismayed to find out it was broken again this week! I assumed (my mistake) it would be fixed by now. Both times my room was on the second floor. Fortunately, I don’t have any health or mobility issues that kept me from using the stairs. But, if I had a lot of luggage I would have been ticked off. The facility doesn’t offer a discount or any compensation for the not having a working elevator. In fact, they just have a sign at the front desk saying “sorry for your inconvenience “….. which is basically saying “as long as you continue to pay full rate to stay here we’re not going to be in a hurry to fix the elevator”. It’s too bad Expedia doesn’t have a way to notify potential guests about issues like this.

One night stay.
Nice and friendly staff at the front desk. The elevator was broken, so we had to carry our suitcase up the stairs. There was no lotion in the room and we were told there was none available at the property. The phone at front desk was never answered, even though the lady was sitting right there. Probably a system malfunction and not the lady’s fault.

Arrived at property went to room which was clean , sst on beds mattress needs to be replaced, very bad , I booked 2 rooms , Told front desk ,no other rooms was avail only 3rd floor.walk up . Elevators out of order , had my mom who is elderly and handicap. So I had to check out and then went to SpringHill suites. My card charge should not of been charged I did not stay there…

The place looks new and clean, although they have a small problem with cockroaches, or a cockroach. Found and killed one in the room, but did not see any other in other parts of the property. That did not really bother me but it may for some. Their elevator was out during my stay and was given a room on the third (top) floor. Not a deal breaker but after an 8 hour drive... Breakfast was normal fare but their juices was extremely sweet (need to water that down) and the turkey sausage not great (never met a great turkey sausage though). However, with all of which sounded like complaints, I would still stay there again.
