Decent property for the area. Room was average in cleanliness, bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I did not try the breakfast so I can’t rate that. Biggest complaint is the elevator is broken (still!). I stayed there last week and again this week. The elevator was broken last week and I was dismayed to find out it was broken again this week! I assumed (my mistake) it would be fixed by now. Both times my room was on the second floor. Fortunately, I don’t have any health or mobility issues that kept me from using the stairs. But, if I had a lot of luggage I would have been ticked off. The facility doesn’t offer a discount or any compensation for the not having a working elevator. In fact, they just have a sign at the front desk saying “sorry for your inconvenience “….. which is basically saying “as long as you continue to pay full rate to stay here we’re not going to be in a hurry to fix the elevator”. It’s too bad Expedia doesn’t have a way to notify potential guests about issues like this.
